Online Donation Regulations of the Step Higher Foundation

1. General provisions This regulation establishes the rules for making donations to the Foundation Krok Wyżej, based in Warsaw (01-234 Warsaw, ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31/119), entered in the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0001200272, NIP: 5273187804, REGON: 54301252800000, hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation." Donations online can be made through the Foundation's website, including through external support platforms (e.g., BuyMeACoffee, Tpay, or other online payment systems), in accordance with the regulations of these services. Making a donation signifies the Donor's acceptance of these regulations.

 

2. Purpose of donations All funds transferred to the Foundation are intended for the implementation of its statutory objectives, in particular: - supporting mental health and emotional development, - conducting educational and social activities, - organizing workshops, campaigns, and pro-social projects, - developing international cooperation within Erasmus+ programs and similar. The Foundation does not conduct business activities, and all received funds are used in accordance with the principles of transparency and reliability.

 

3. Forms and methods of making donations The Donor can make a donation: - by traditional transfer to the Foundation's account: Santander Bank Polska S.A. 79 1090 2604 0000 0001 6432 3855 Title of the transfer: "Donation for the statutory purposes of the Krok Wyżej Foundation," - via the BuyMeACoffee service or another support platform (according to the service's rules), - in another electronic form indicated by the Foundation on its website. The Donor making the donation declares that the transferred funds come from legal sources. The Foundation does not charge any fees or commissions from Donors for making a donation.

 

4. Confirmation and settlement of the donation At the request of the Donor, the Foundation can issue a confirmation of receipt of the donation. A Donor who wishes to receive confirmation should send a request to the email address: kontakt@krokwyzej.org, providing their first name, last name, the amount, and date of the donation. All donations are recorded and included in the Foundation's financial reports, in accordance with legal regulations.

 

5. Protection of personal data The Administrator of the personal data of Donors is the Krok Wyżej Foundation. Data is processed solely for the purpose of donation handling and contact with Donors. The Foundation ensures data protection in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Foundation's website.

 

6. Returns and complaints Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. In justified cases (e.g., mistakenly made transfer), a refund may occur after agreement with the Foundation and submission of a written request to the email address: kontakt@krokwyzej.org.

 

7. Final provisions The Foundation reserves the right to make changes to these regulations. The current version is always available on the Foundation's website. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Foundations apply. These regulations are effective from October 23, 2025.

All documents are publicly available and updated in accordance with the requirements of the Foundations Act.
