What does the foundation do?
General Provisions
The Step Higher Foundation operates based on the foundation law and its own statute. We are a non-political organization and not affiliated with any religion. Our mission is to support people in their personal, emotional, and social development – so that everyone can take their step up towards balance and understanding.
The area of operation of the Foundation, headquarters, and organizational units of the Foundation
The headquarters of the Foundation is in Warsaw, and our activities cover the entire territory of Poland as well as international projects. The Foundation may create branches, affiliates, and representations, and collaborate with partners from both the country and abroad.
Goals and Activities of the Foundation
Our goal is to support mental health, education, and social integration. We conduct workshops, training, social campaigns, and international projects that develop empathy, mental resilience, and future competencies. We support individuals in difficult situations, promote equal opportunities, well-being, and emotional education.
The authorities and management of the Foundation
The Management Board of the Foundation is one-person and directs its current activities. It is responsible for the implementation of statutory objectives, management of assets, and representing the Foundation externally. The founder may serve as the President of the Management Board and appoint representatives and regional coordinators.
Assets and income of the Foundation
Financial resources come from donations, grants, subsidies, and funds obtained through national and international projects. All income is allocated to achieving statutory goals — supporting mental health, education, and social activities. The Foundation operates transparently and publishes annual reports.
Final Provisions
The foundation operates indefinitely, based on the principles of transparency, ethics, and equality. In the event of termination of operations, its assets may be transferred to organizations with similar objectives. All changes to the statute require the consent of the Founder and compliance with applicable law.

All documents are publicly available and updated in accordance with the requirements of the Foundations Act.
